Using ethical and organic ingredients from top quality suppliers in the UK, we care about where our food comes from. We don’t use any preservatives or anything artificial and our products are vegan-friendly with no refined sugar, as well as being free from dairy, gluten and soya.
handcrafted in small batches
The chocolate is made in very small batches and hand-poured into bowls using a ladle. We source amazing fruits and nuts to create our selection of chocolate bars - sweet and tangy orange, salty maple caramel, divine roasted hazelnuts… Are your taste buds tingling yet?

The Ailey Mae brand is built on incredible chocolate with goodness. We want people to be able to enjoy silky smooth chocolate made with just natural ingredients, because we think nature knows best.
Leann is a busy mum to 4 children and 1 rather lovely dog. Obsessed with chocolate, she channels this passion into every single part of the business.
Nathan is a former rugby International having represented Scotland and The British and Irish Lions. Equally as fanatic about chocolate, he wants people to taste how organic ingredients can create pure magic!
